Oxted and District History Society
 

First organised on 24th November 1960 by a group of local residents and its first President Major R.H. Leveson-Gower, The society has continued to flourish, meeting fortnightly on Tuesdays at 8pm throughout the winter at the United Reformed Church, Bluehouse Lane, Oxted, near The Barn Theatre and the County School. The society plans to present a varied programme of talks.

Recent subjects have included.

Visitors will receive a warm welcome, and can attend for a small fee of £4 per visit. The annual membership is £20.

Join and/or pay at the door.

Each year the Society arranges a summer outing for members and guests to a place of historical interest.

We look forward to welcoming you.
